I did it! I passed my final exam, and am officially a certified Coach. I am very confident that this will be an exciting part of my future. As you know, I do have a passion for health, and from IIN ( Institute for Integrative Nutrition), I have gotten additional great training. The speakers have been incredible, and so have the community of fellow students. Great support from day one!
I will be using Health and Lifestyle Coach as my title, to state that health and lifestyle is one and the same, and to share awareness around Primary Foods. Primary Foods are all the things that you do not eat, that still affects your well being, your health,and your happiness. Exercise, human relations, spiritual connection and so on. It is not all about diet.
I have been introduces to more than 100 diet theories and protocols, to science and human trials. I have found my own way, but that is not necessary your way. We are all different, and I honor that. I became a Coach to be able to support a fellow human in their search for their own way to perfect health and joy. To support the journey back to self power and greatness that we all have within. Just imagine what it feels like to be free of the things that limit you from being all that you can be. To take back ones own power means that you take full responsibility for your life. It is empowering and freeing.
What does a Health Coach do?

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
